Checking E-Mail While Out of the Building

On the web, http://bant2.ba.ttu.edu/exchange is the web address for checking your email while out of the building. Remember to enter your username and password and specify BA as the domain. (Some systems may require inserting "BA\" before your username, e.g. "ba\username")

Virtual Drive Connections
Your virtual drive is located on \\basrv1\<your username> and may be mapped by the following process (if you happen to lose the connection): Right-click on the My Computer icon and choose "Map Network Drive…" at the window that pops up, type in the location of the folder. Next, choose the drive letter you wish to assign to the drive. Also, make sure that the box is checked to reconnect at logon and you are set. When you want to access the folder, you may use Windows Explorer or open "My Computer". The space on this folder does have a limit, so please only use the space for data that you would like to have backed up nightly and data that you want to be able to access from another computer (such as one of the multimedia classrooms)
