Web Services - TA Request Form

To request a new website, or to get admin rights to author an existing website, please email the BA webmaster the following information:

1. The eRaiderID or full name (First, MI, & Last) of individual who will need to access and edit the website.
2. Name of the full time faculty/staff member at BA authorizing (1) (if not the same person).
3. If the site already exists; the full url of the site (for ex., http://example.ba.ttu.edu)
